Praxis
was founded in 1994 by Shane Jenks. Mr. Jenks is a 1989 graduate of the
University of Wisconsin-Madison with a B.S. in Computer Science. In the
past 27 years Mr. Jenks has designed and developed document management
systems that are used by many clients.
The Quick Clerk application was started in 2001 in
cooperation with Yvette Jenks. The goal with Quick Clerk is to deliver an
application for municipal clerks that is:
